"I worked with IFF on a video of a DJ set to promote my upcoming album. On all levels, they went above and beyond to make this production a success. From the beginning, Kelly was helpful with recommendations for potential locations and advising throughout the permitting process. When our initial location fell through due a government organization being unwilling to process a permit in the time we needed, he wasted no time in helping me find a new location. As a legit film production company, they are fully insured, and the DP Tim is an FAA licensed drone pilot, both of which were necessities to obtain the required permits to shoot on public land. Throughout the entire process, Kelly and his team were very responsive to questions, with answers to emails almost always coming same-day. Prior to filming, we had a Zoom call with the entire production team where they went over every possible detail with me, even down to what resolution, frame rate, and color-grading I wanted to shoot with. On filming day, Tim and his team (Dustin and Aly) arrived early, and were extra helpful during setup and breakdown. I had mentioned previously that I was going to bring a few GoPros to grab some extra angles, and Tim actually brought several external battery packs for them so that I didn't have to hardwire power from my generator. This was a 2 hour long DJ set, and his batteries ensured that the GoPros wouldn't die midway from their internal batteries while not having to deal with running additional power for them. Despite the fact that my production was a small, low-budget, only 4 hour shoot, IFF treated me like a major big-budget client. No detail went unaddressed, no question was too stupid to ask. These guys are the real deal - they know their craft, and their level of service is top notch. I'll absolutely be a return client, and if you're reading this, you should be too."
