"Crapy staff and service workers at casinos very rude and slow at getting drinks when you are gambling on floor also expect to wait 45 minutes to over a hour if need hand pay at machines or if machine malfunctions. Theater not always open take a chance to see if open good luck."

"I enjoy the personal attention given by the staff at Carolee Theater. They try and make your visit an enjoyable one. The management on the other hand doesn't even mention that there is a theater on the premises. It would be nice to have the theater listed as one of the amenities at Primm Valley as well as the other two properties. The information on current as well as future movies would also be a great upgrade. I get the feeling that Affinity Gaming is all about squeezing the next nickle out of the Primm Valley Resorts. They are clueless as to what is meant by customer service. In my career I have found it you treat the customer as an important part of your business your business will prosper. When the lack of customer care is so blatant in the restrictions placed on local management you will continue to see a poor turnout as well as profits."
