Regal Cinebarre Palace Station

"I love coming to this theater first and foremost. I recently came to a matinee (today) and when the movie was over attempted to use the ladies room to freshen up a bit and to my surprise there was a gentleman in the women’s restroom. I thought maybe I had wandered into the men’s room by mistake but I was indeed in the women’s bathroom. I looked at the individual who was in one of the stalls and he was wearing what appeared to be a uniform and there was no cleaning equipment or garbage trolley in hand so it really made me feel uncomfortable, and he stated he was making sure the restroom was clean. However, this must be something new that a female employee would usually be the one to come in a women’s restroom to check without closing the restroom with customers in it. If all you have to clean or check the women’s restroom is men please close it until they are done that way there is no surprise to your guests. It could have been a child or young girls using this restroom. Do better!"

"Never got my beer or large soda. Went to bar mid movie and the bartenders were very rude and turned me away with no drink. Had to wait 30 minutes in line after the movie to get a refund for my drinks. Ordered a large popcorn with nothing to drink? Big turn off. Sorry but won’t be returning. Sad because this place was nice when they first opened. Management needs to fire some bartenders and probably managers!"

"This was my first time at Regal Cinebarre Movie Theaters. This is a LUXURY theater at regular ticket prices! Very nice reclining seats, tables that swing over your seat to sit your drink and food on PLUS at your seat wait staff to take your order and bring you your food. Now I'm talking about actual food. I don't know what's on their menu because I asked the guy for a suggestion based on my dietary restrictions. He suggested "potato skins". That sounded great to me. So, I had that, a glass of white wine and a soda. The total was $22. Not bad for a movie concession price. I had a great time, great movie, nice & comfortable, good food & drinks and the theater was very clean, too. An extra plus."

"Wow! A nice bar, lounge and theater. I had to show my I.D. to buy candy lol. For some reason, it took seemingly forever just to get a drink and some candy at the bar. It has a big outdoor balcony with bar and lounge and a huge indoor lounge with bar. Very nice picture and sound in the theater. Comfortable full reclining lounge chairs. They even have full bar and food service at your seat inside the theater before the show."

"The seats are great, also I enjoyed to order food from our seats without standing on line, everything was brought to us, and we didn't need to get up. The food was good, but it had the movie theater taste. The best part was before entering, they had a way to buy a drink or a large popcorn for a better price and help a children's foundation at the same time. It was amazing to know that we were able to help them out with more contributions for a good cause. Keep it up guys!!!"
