"I am a tenant of the village my refrigerator went out on October 29th and I was informed that it is not a only when your lights were your plumbing if your icebox goes out you have to go without food it took them until Monday to fix my icebox because everything is done online which one you have a disability which I have a disability I have cerebral palsy so I have to go without food a few days but they sure want their 900 Bucks I highly recommend that no-one rent here"
