"BEWARE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Called them 3 times and they assured me the shuttle is coming on the way, waited over 30 mins and called countless more times for them to ignore my calls. I was left stranded with no shuttle show up. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE , rather pay extra then book again with this hopeless company. "Bus driver on Mccully just now ignored multiple signs saying cyclists have the right to be in the lane to turn and not only honked but intentionally tried to side swipe us and run us off the road. Patronize this business only if you support reckless driving and don’t value human life. I certainly wouldn’t want to be a passenger in that bus."
"Our driver was incredible! Went above and beyond in the name of customer service. As a result we weren't caught out at Premium Factory Outlet overnight without a ride home. He really was our knight in shining armour! And our driver knew the smart shortcuts to avoid the heavy peak-hour traffic when coming back into Waikiki. Please support these people - they're good people!"
