"DO NOT go with these guys. I booked twice with them, first was going to Waikele Premium Outlet, second was with Hawaiian Super Transit, which apparently is their airport shuttle service under different brand name. Both gave me terrible experiences. Waikele: 15 mins late on pick up on the way to Waikele, driver also didn’t mention the pick up point for return trip was different than where he dropped us off, as a result we missed the return trip. Airport: I was scheduled for a 10.20am pick up. Office called on 8.45am asking if we could change to either 9.50 or 10.50 without a valid reason. I changed to 10.50 and emphasized twice not to be late this time as the flight was 1.30pm. Yet again the driver was late and the most infuriating was when I called up at 10.57 to ask and expressed my discomfort, she practically said “Oh my gosh, it’s 7 minutes!” At the end driver was 20 mins late. Again, no apologies, it’s as if they just assume it was okay to not be punctual on such a time sensitive service. If you are reading this review to decide whether to go with them, DON’T. Go with Roberts Hawaii which is only $8 dearer but I’m sure has better service than these jokers. If you have already booked, good luck and make sure you allow yourself plenty of time as they WILL be late. If you’re looking for customer service, turn away as that’s not who they are. They are the worst examples of Hawaiian hospitality."
