"We had excellent service! Our van was waiting for us when we came out and straight to our hotel as we were the only passengers. Booked them for the return trip and arrived on time. The driver was very polite and we definitely will use them again if we go back to Waikiki! Thanks for making our trip stress free and was less than an Uber ride!!"
"I scheduled a pick up for 12: 00 PM on 2/8/19. They came about 5 minutes early. There was one passenger in the shuttle already, and we stopped at another hotel to pick up another person. Then, we were off to the airport- luckily, no traffic and got there in 25 minutes. Shuttle was clean, the driver Joe was very nice. I would definitely use Ohana Transit again!"
"Do not make the mistake of choosing them. They were about an hour late picking us up from the airport and never picked us up for the return trip. Waited for ages and had to taxi. Called them to ask for our money back and said they'd driven past(not true). They refused to return our money for the return trip and they don't answer phone calls etc. Wish we actually looked at their reputation before booking."
"After reading the reviews of all the crazy stuff people have gone through I was very skeptical about purchasing tickets online. So once I landed in Hawaii I gave them a call and told them I needed a pickup, they had a van already waiting for people and they were able to pick me up. No issues. Great service and car. For 10 bucks you can't beat that. I made the online reservation for my drop off to airport. They came 20 mins early! But keep in mind to be flexible with time like traffic or picking up other customers. If you're only paying $10 one way, you can afford a $5 tip. Will use again."
"They were actually not as bad as the rest of the reviews make it seem like. When I arrived at Honolulu they were right on the dot. However they were about 5 minutes late when picking me up from the hotel but eh it wasn’t a big deal I wasn’t in too big of a rush. Overall excellent service and you can’t beat $20 of course!"
