"Our hotel pick up at 5:30am was on time. The driver loaded our knapsacks and suitcases and grimaced at one larger one. At the airport , unbeknownst to me, my 75+ y.o. friend had to pull everything out while I was paying. The driver never got out or assisted her. One small bag was left in the trunk. We called the company ASAP. When the driver returned, she yelled at my friend. She didn’t get out of the vehicle, just popped the trunk and berated my friend. Very unprofessional."

"We have used Charley's three times to get to the airport for our Vegas trips. It's easy to book a cab with them. The dispatchers are courteous. They send text confirmations and a mahalo for using them. The drivers always arrived on time for our 5:30 am pickup. I find Charley's to be very reliable and will keep using them."

"We were left at the airport for 1.75 hrs by our transport. I called Charlie’s taxi and they were there in 9 minutes and charged 1/2 of the fee our other transport cost. Service was quick and fast. On our way to our hotel the driver gave us a good commentary of things we passed and places we might want to go see. Better than a tour operator. I heartily recommend Charlie’s taxi!"
