"We have used vip now 2 years in a row. We booked ahead of time online. When we arrived to the baggage claim there was a representative there to meet you once you had your bags they took you to the shuttle. Last year we left right away as we were the only 2 on the shuttle. This year we had to wait about 10 min for everyone. Due to the time of our arrival we were in some rush hour traffic but that has nothing to do with vip. We were the first to be dropped off , the driver unloaded our bags quickly. We Would use vip again!"

"Completely awful. Have used 2 other medical taxis through insurance and were fine. This one was 1.5 hr late picking up from airport and made us late for appt then marked as no show going back when they never stopped for us at all we finally called after 45 min."

"Our VIP DriverJorge was AMAZING! He picked us up on time at the Bus terminal at the Grand Hotel near the Hilton Hawaiian Village to transport us to the Honolulu Airport. The VIP van was spacious, clean and comfortable. Jorge was professional, extremely polite, friendly and funny. I could have ridden with him for hours. He handled ALL of our luggage from pickup to airport drop off. Airport arrival was on time. He was a very courteous driver and we felt very safe. This driver is DEFINITELY A KEEPER! I know there has been a lot of negative reviews; however, our experience with very positive."
