"The driver Son N Nguyen is so rude. He had his navigation and phone on his car but he didn’t even try to look up the address I told instead he said to me “show me where you want to go!!”. (Btw he was playing a game on his phone when he arrived) While we were on his car, he was still looking at his phone and he didn’t respond to me telling him where to. As if the game on his phone is more important than the riders lives."
