"Terrible company! First of all, they sent my elderly mother closing papers to sign without first sending them to her realtor for review. Then, they closed on her property on a Thursday, yet she didn’t receive the funds until 5 days later; Tuesday morning! No good excuses, just simply dropped the ball. Amazing how when it came to the closing papers they were Johnny on the spot, but took their sweet time transferring the money and finally did so ONLY after multiple calls and a final threat of locking the property up until funds were received! Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!"
