"This 5 star is for the garden center only! The main store customer service is terrible. As for the garden center, they have great customer service. They often have plants the local garden stores don't have."

"I would give 5 if service was better. I go here a lot because its across from my house, but I don't think anyone has ever asked me if I needed help and have even been ignored a few times. More often than not, the employees here are kind of rude and reluctant to help you. I would say I have only had maybe 1 employee ever be nice and super helpful. My husband avoids going here if he doesn't know exactly what to get and where it is. I made 3 trips here this week for a home project and ended up going to home depot twice because employees wouldn't help us if it "wasn't in their department". They didn't even try to direct us to someone who could help."

"Still a bit low on the types of heat tolerant plants I am looking for. They seem to have a better selection than our local Nursery though. Not a lot of people wearing masks oh, but they do have the sign up stating that their carts have all been sanitized. Took a look for Lysol wipes and disinfectant spray but they don't have any."

"I prefer this location over the Mark's street for some reason. It seems more spacious with a better selection. I scored some new beauties and am pleased."
