"I hate to say this but my last experience wasn’t the best due to lack of communication. My husband had placed an order in advanced for Valentine’s Day. They never delivered. The order stayed in “confirmed” status. We both reached out via IG, email & tried calling but till this day we never received a response. There was no apology/explanation sent, but my husband did get a refund about a day or two after. We would probably purchase here again because the flowers are gorgeous & long-lasting, but this experience was really disappointing. A simple response would’ve sufficed."

"Third bad experience with them. Disappointed for mother’s days and twice after that. Great packaging and beautiful handwriting on note cards. But why is it that the flowers die by the next day. I have the AC on at home and and they are not on direct sunlight. Flowers die right away and these are not cheap. Go to smiths or Albertsons for better longer lasting quality."

"I purchased this bundle about 2 months in advanced from the date of delivery. Since this was my 1st time ordering something from this business, I didn’t know if I had done the order correctly. Thankfully, Julianna contacted me to inform me that I didn’t select a delivery date correctly. I follow their instagram page so I’m aware on how busy they always are, but it’s nice to know that no matter how busy they are, they still check every order. Thank you for doing a great job on the arrangement and balloons, she was having a rough week at the time. This came as a big surprise for her and she loved them. Can’t wait to buy more arrangements soon."
