"Do not use them!!!!!!!i have been going to Jimmy for awhile now with NO complaints!!!!!This year though has been difficult as with covid-19 back in April 2020 I had brought in my paperwork for Jimmy to do instead it was handed over for another colleague named Dennis due to covid we did it over the phone I went in the next day to pick up my copies and sign for e-filing when I discovered a mistake!!!!!!of course it was redoned. I got refunded for the services with btw they won't let you forget that!!!!!!!!! Well I thought I was squared away!!!!but then low and behold I find out now that my taxes were NEVER submitted!!!!!I am upset because this was never my error in the first place and had I not caught their mistake I would be the one in trouble cause I signed without checking!!!! Anyway I hope this never happens to anyone of you who goes to this establishment!!!!!be aware the person who did your taxes or signs off on your taxes could not be the person who actually did it!!!!!!!unless you see in person that they did it!!!!!!shading thing's going on in that establishment probably why Bernice left!!!!!!!!"

"I've done my taxes with Jimmy for over 5 years. I've repeatedly called them for weeks and even left urgent messages. No return calls and that goes for last year as well. I've asked the receptionist to send my tax paperwork for 2017 and still nothing. They gladly took my money but to get them to do something is impossible. Good luck Jimmy."
