"My wife and I had been bringing our business here since 2013. Since then we could honestly say we had no issues. But most recently we’ve run into a discrepancy on one of our tax filing year. Because when paperwork becomes missing through translation there’s no accountability nor security on behalf of Advantage Tax. After having a conversation with Advantage Tax about this matter, there was no help just a careless “good luck” from them left me with no option but to take my business elsewhere and also made me realize that I will always sit in person while my tax preparer conduct my tax filings."
