Kahului Community Center Disc Golf Course

"No signage, so you're on your own finding the tee boxes. We never found two of the holes. Me and my son enjoyed playing the course on our cruise vacation. Some unique challenges."

"The Good: If you're playing this course, then you're in Maui! Holes 5-18 where dusty trails with grass, trees and varied elevation, so there was a bit of challenge there which we enjoyed. Just OK: They squeezed 18 holes into a fairly small area, so the course layout was mostly straight shots from the tee box to the basket. It doesn't seem like the course is looked after much at all. The Bad: There is an asphalt walking path for the public that meanders through much of holes 5-18, so a fair bit of time was spent waiting for people to pass far enough out of harm's way before we could throw. The first 4 holes are separate from 5-18 and are uninspired. Just out along a large field with no interesting terrain or obstacles. In the area where the first 4 holes were, there were only three baskets. We looked all over for a 4th, so this ended up being a 17 hole course. The tee boxes were a mess. Some were missing, some were made of carpet, some were made of concrete, and some were made of asphalt. None of which were marked with a number or direction, so it is absolutely necessary to find a PDF of the course or there is no way to guide yourself through the course. Amazing to be in Maui, but this course is a disappointment."

"This is a fantastic facility for Kahului Maui. Great for pony rides! With a 1.2 B budget why can't it get a new roof and a rehab of the electrical? There are open grounds on the stage outlets, this poses a danger."

"Super fun and eclectic course. No real open bomber holes, but the use of elevation makes several holes play much longer than their listed distance. 2 baskets are shared between two holes. Really fun with some technical lines on a few holes. Recommended!"

"Played the course once while on vacation and was worth it! It was a fun 18 hole course with some nice elevation change as well. Some of the baskets are used twice so using Udisc is the best way for sure. Some locals let me pass are were helpful and friendly. Play area if you want to bring out the kids."
