"I didn't have a specific song list except for introduction, entrance and exit songs. My biggest concern was to make sure my guests were on the floor all night. DJ Chris understood the assignment! We were out there the entire time. He read the crowd and if the song was not getting a good response, he mixed in something else to get it back on track. One of the nicest humans you could meet. He emceed the event smoothly and made sure that we moved through that timeline. My guests still tell me how much fun they had. Thank You Chris for your professionalism and expertise. You helped make our day absolutely memorable."

"Unfortunately ZERO STARS is not an option. Hired KCK Entertainment for one of our large client's Grand Opening Events in Lahaina, HI. Made our payment in full weeks before the event. Was in touch with Chris numerous times prior to the event to confirm. KCK Entertainment DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE EVENT. Although we have been given a full refund. A telephone call letting us know that they could not accommodate us would have been appreciated and could have allowed us to find a replacement. I would not trust this company. Buyer Beware. IN RESPONSE: The date of the event was changed from October 12th to October 11th which was confirmed with Chris on September 27th - plenty more than a couple days prior. NEVER were we told that there was any possibility that you could not accommodate. I would have went with another company. Generally if you have an issue with a booking you contact THE CUSTOMER....I AM THE CUSTOMER. I am the person that emailed you the order as well as the person that made the payment. Why I would not have received at MINIMUM a telephone call that there was an issue is why I am posting this review. Thank You."
