"I've been trying to serve a corporation that has this company listed as their agent for service of process. The certified mail disappeared into the ether. When you try calling the number listed here or other numbers listed on various websites, you get a company that first when you mention the address that you are trying to serve to they acknowledge it, but then when you mention "Corporate Service Center" they claim that they are not them. There's an interesting scam going on here."

"Zero Stars. My corporation is located in CT, Corporate Service Center uses a go-between receptionist in Stamford CT. Two days before a muilt-million dollar closing, I happened to be at my town hall paying my property taxes. I went on their computer to check the land records only to discover that a lawsuit had been filed and a lien had been placed on my property months before. The receptionist in Stamford was served in hand by a Marshall, and Instead of sending it back to me, or to C.S.C. office in Reno, she sent it back to the attorney who placed the lien. This was varified by the marshal when I called him. I had zero idea of any of this. We had a closing set for the following week. This is a problem, to say the least. I will be seeking a full refund and may take this to the next level, depending on my damages. From now on, I will only use a Register Agent in my own state with no middle person to screw it up. Run, don't walk.."
