"Mr. Ferran is a true professional. I can testfy to this as a Pro Se litigant and opponent to Mr. Ferran. He has always promptly replied to my correspondence, and made every effort to represent his client's interests to the best of his ability. He and I may disagree on issues, and have competing perspectives, but he has definitely earned my respect for his attention to my requests. Many other attorneys show disrespect to Pro Se litigants, often disregarding them, and even deploying unethical tactics. Erick Ferran has not engaged in any such tactics in my experience thus far, and I commend him accordingly. While I understand and agree everyone deserves representation, some would abuse this, and seek to drag decent attorneys like Mr. Ferran into their Machiavellian designs to advance their agenda. I think Mr. Ferran has such influence now as an unrelated third party interloper, one Alexander Falconi of Our Nevada Judges, inserts himself into sealed domestic cases in Family Court, to disrupt and damage Mr. Ferran's credibility and reputation. And although he has remained silent through the ordeal, I can publicly commend Mr. Ferran for his professional conduct in remaining irreprehensible through the scandal, and have full confidence he would never negotiate his conscience over his ethics and duty to fairly represent his client, even in the face of such challenges."
