Her presence in the courtroom is humble, but fierce and confident and the same time. She knows her stuff and she will go to bat for you allll the way and conveys genuine care and concern for your well-being. I'll add- I didn't communicate with her much prior to my actual trial date (probably once). I mainly communicated with her paralegal if I did have any questions or requests.
