"I called this company. When the person answered I was not sure if he said his name, but I thought he said his name was carl. So I said Carl? He replied “Carl, how can I help you?” I said no, my name is Joe, I thought you were Carl.” He then said “how can I help you?” Not his name yet again. Any way, I said I was looking for a bookkeeping/accounting firm and Id found his listing online. I said I have a few questions. I said can you tell me how large is your firm, (as we are a large company that just expanded to Nevada.) His reply was “I don’t think we can help you, goodbye.” Then he hung up on me. Still don’t know his name. Didn’t ask me any questions. Was very short, rude and hung up. Not sure why they even answered the phone. I feel lucky I got a peek at what the real company is vs some fake stuff had I not caught them at closing time. I post this review as I know how hard it is to find out the real person often when it’s too late. I strongly recommend that you do NOT retain this person...person, not a big company like they present. RUN from this listing."

"I tried calling for a tax adviser today, the man who answered the phone asked if I'm an existing client, I said no, since this was the first time I would have been using their services. Then he proceeds to say, "Sorry I don't think we can help you." What kind of service is that? He doesn't even ask any questions to understand the situation or even seem to care really. Edit: I was not looking for free advice, I was willing to pay for the services. The owner still doesnt even know what the situation is, but is rather assuming below."
