"My experience has been very positive. Everything except like for 3 things I came in to sign. Other than that everything was via mail or phone calls. They do try and help you, its the actual Government sucks they have soo many hoops to jump through to prove your disabled."

"So far, this place has been great unless you are assigned to Jeanette. A friendly reminder that you can ask for a different advocate, which I highly suggest doing immediately upon hearing or reading her name related to your case."

"Tried to help a family member who is legally blind and they failed to call him the first 3 times we had made appointments for. I specifically told them he would need a phone appointment, not a walk-in. Yet they missed the 3rd appointment saying he was a "no show" when I clearly told them he needed to get called. So the 4th time I scheduled the appointment, they called the day before to confirm, again saying he was to come in! We cleared that up. When he finally got his call he was drilled as if he were a criminal. Asking if he was a felon, if he was a drug addict, if he had any warrants, etc. I understand these questions need to be answered but there is a more professional way of going about it rather than making it sound like he's guilty of being a criminal. She refused to answer any of his questions The girl ended hanging up on him! Waste of time. These people are unorganized and unprofessional. You're better off trying to handle things on your own because you certainly won't get any help from them. Would not recommend them to anyone."

"This is an excellent place to make people waste their everything, time, gas money, hopes… when we first came to request their help and services we remember clearly telling the person in charged that my wife’s case was not approved because she “lost all her work credits, and her case was denied because she was not able to prove that she was disabled”, they clearly told us “NO WORRIES WE APROVE YOUNG PEOPLE EVEN IN THEIR EARLY 20’s ” so they took her case, all this time since 2019 or maybe before they have us wasting gas money, time and money by coming and going to bring paperwork requested by the staff, now in 2023 they closed her case and told her the same exact thing that we had told them when we first requested their services, now that I am not able to work we have no other type of income coming in and still they didn’t offer any other kind of help, it seems like they didn’t even try, in my opinion instead of making people waste their valuable time, they should advise clearly since the beginning or think and work how to improve to provide real help to the people like activism to bring more benefits to sick people not messing us up more than what we already are, all this sickness together caused by food and products that we consume since we are kids and not having a good health education coming from our elderly, and now that we need help not even our money that is taking out of our paychecks every week and even by paying taxes nothing is given back to us “WHAT A WAY TO MAKE THE PEOPLE WASTE EVERYTHING” THANK YOU FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO READ MY POST, HAVE A GOOD DAY"

"I cant even pay my rent for November bc of this so im screwed. They want me to take down my review so people dont know the truth will im not goin to do so. This missed around w my living situation so yes im upset.there r a lot of other people that put 1 star & why they did it so read their reviews too. FREEDOM of SPEECH. I have a letter from disability office & they said their lawyer was the one that requested it. I only get $1,200 now to live off of that lawyer is taking it all from me. I got no back pay at all from the time i was waiting to get approved. The judge was angry bc how my lawyer arrived & smelled & sat thru my whole case w out speaking on my side.I even was homeless going thru it all waiting for the process. They only pd me from that date on. Yes i won my case but i was suprised i did the way my case was handled. I wouldn't waste my time w them there lawyers come in late for ur case & also mine came in drunk & smelling like alcohol also he even ammed it after the case saying sorry he was at a party the night before they screw up ur case they don't help u out at all. They didn't take there payment so now they stopped my disability money to pay them there money after all these yrs I got approved in 2019 & now they told disability I didn't pay them so they got my disability to stop so they get there whole amount which I feel should not get pd bc he was late & drunk off his & wrinkles in his suit & didn't help me at all. So please don't go to this pla/ company. They should be happy I gave a 1 star honesty I wouldn't give any staring. Wow they texted me one way thinking I was not goin to read it now they retexted a different way now to make it look that im in the wrong & im not if u keep reading there review u will see other 1 star that people put here. They r trying to cover up things willsee. Remember freedom of speech."
