"I called into the office as someone who was not a client and had not paid the firm a single penny. I am currently a resident of TN and needed to get court disposition paperwork from the LV Justice Court sent to me so I could obtain a professional license and keep my job. Literally within 5 minutes whomever I spoke with at the Firm had pulled the documents from the court website and emailed them to me. No request for money, nor anything else, just a desire to help me and be good people. While I can't honestly speak to legal representation, if the way I was treated as a total stranger needing a favor holds any weight, I would not hesitate to retain their services. "****BEWARE, HEARTLESS CROOKS******** Hired Mr. Gallow to represent a family member. Talking to him is a one way discussion, he will just tell you what you need to hear. His clients are treated like less than a number. His word means nothing. Never follows through with what he says... GOOD LUCK GETTING AHOLD OF HIM... After multiple calls, and emails, when asking his receptionist what's the communication issue, SHE WILL TELL YOU HOW HARD HER WORK IS AND HOW BUSY "SHE IS". Every excuse without any animosity of multiple calls and emails."

"This is the worst attorney I have ever paid in my entire life. I'm a white collar worker who was in court to have a felony officially dismissed and removed from my record and he did not even show up. The previous court date he was late dialing in. This was supposed to be the day I got my life back, but it turned out to be an embarrassing moment instead. A defense attorney whom I do not know called himself "a friend of the court" and stepped in after an awkward moment of silence, I wish I knew who he was so I could thank him and apologize for having to take over something I paid my lawyer to do. Please keep in mind his secretary is horrible to deal with, rude and does not allow you to speak to Gallo or ask him questions unless he wants to speak to you. When you pay a lawyer, you expect them to show up in court on time, dressed for court and well groomed. When you pay a lawyer you expect to receive the appropriate professional courtesies. You will not get any of this with this firm. I would not recommend hiring Gallo for anything important, especially a trial. I'm utterly disappointed, they didn't even have the professionalism to apologize or send me my paperwork after missing the court date. Even after emailing his secretary. No response. They take your money and run here, at least they did mine. I see all the other lovely reviews left on Google but i can't help but wonder if they are paid for after the experience I had with this law firm. 12 years in public relations and I have never seen such incompetence in a lawyer. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting the job would get done professionally and properly with this firm. I'm so proud of how far i have come in the past 25 years, this lawyer ruined my moment."
