"Had to relocate our spa from our old house to our new house. The crew (Anthony, Nick, Chris and Alex) were awesome! Very professional and friendly. Because my spa was now directly in the morning sun, Anthony gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of the cover and panels (303 protectorant and spa cover). They even cleaned the cover and sides with 303! Would definitely recommend The Spa and Sauna Co for any spa relocation."
"Spa and Sauna Reno was great to work with. They helped me find the exact hot tub I was looking for for a good price, they delivered it to my house in Kings Beach on the day they said they would, set it up and made sure it worked. In my case, a few chemicals were missing for the salt option, so S and S came back, brought the chemicals, and set the tub up for me. They left the kit for next time so I can do it myself. The reason I used them in the first place was because my electrician highly recommended them. He said he’d had only great experiences with them. I can see why. They were wonderful. I love my hot tub. It works great. Spa and Sauna Reno made it easy."

"We had a great experience with Spa and Sauna. Mark and Scott totally took care of us. Helped us select the model and color that we wanted, and kept us posted about the backordered status of the one we wanted (we knew the dark color was backordered when we placed our order and wanted to wait). Gave a great veteran's deal and recommended a guy to build us a custom gazebo around the spa so we can use it year round. Totally recommend the enclosed gazebo, especially up in our area- we're using ours year around even if its pouring rain, windy as hell or even snowing. And they did a beautiful job. Did a great job of the delivery and set up. 100% happy with them."
