"I had a custody case using Corrine Price and Fran Fine,it has been +10 years ago and she failed to provide adequate services,my last two court dates Fine nor Price showed up and so I was forced to deal with the case myself.She was paid $10,000 to get me full custody but failed to do so.After this case was over she tried to scam me out of another $10k even sending false documents to the Wells Fargo bank"

"So now attorney Michael Carman, Esq has run to his 3rd law practice in a matter of months. (Kunin & Carman Law, Michael P. Carman Law, and Fine, Carman, and Price, Law) What used to be The Fine & Price Law Group are now Fine, Carman, Price. Same attorney, same shady service, different location! Caveat emptor! (Buyer beware). He can run, but he can't hide. I don't know anything about the other two ladies, but this guy is an unethical attorney. He violated my attorney-client privilege by sharing the emails I had with him, with my ex-husband, in my active divorce case. Michael Carman ALSO owes me money ORDERED by the NV State Bar for "Merit-less Work" but as an attorney, he refuses to pay but expects all his clients to pay his exorbitant fees promptly. Michael Carman filed an appeal with the NV State Bar objecting to their Decision that he owes me $11,257.50 for dropping my case on the "eve of trial". HIS APPEAL WAS DENIED The NV Bar Regional Chair stated on the denied Appeal: * Mr. Carman's appeal, "appears to be a more tactical play on words than a substantive argument". *"Mr. Carman provides no citation to a procedural violation and no case law". *"There is a failure of evidence on appeal to support such a conclusion and, therefore, what has been provided (by Mr. Carman) is insufficient." Then Michael Carman filed a request to have my family court judge (who has nothing to do with this by the way) reverse a decision made by the NV Bar. It was DENIED. (This is where he allowed my EX-Husband to see all my privileged attorney-client communications, emails, invoices, motions, drafts, texts, etc...) *Family Court DENIED his request due to improper jurisdiction* Let's see what stunt he pulls next. He still has not paid me. I am not going away. Next stop, billboard on Las Vegas strip with his picture on it and a copy of the amount he owes me! I Will keep you posted. PAY WHAT YOU OWE ME MICHAEL CARMAN!!!! THE NEVADA STATE BAR HAS SPOKEN. Thank me later."
