"Regarding the review posted by ZUSDS Cheyenne Mountain: This review was in relation to my role as a PTO volunteer for my child's school, specific to misaligned expectations surrounding an event sponsorship. It has nothing to do with OnStrategy, who I haven't worked for since 2016. OnStrategy was a wonderful employer, and I am very fond of my time working there. To this day, I remain in awe of the service and software suite they offer to help organizations to make big things happen. They have an extremely dedicated and talented crew: Anyone working with them will find a new level of focus and structure for achieving what needs to get done. (To all the PTO volunteers out there, keep the good work happening there too!)"

"I recently made a commitment to attend an event and was floored to find out that my continued business was not welcome. Director of Client Engagement, Cammy LoRe' lived up to her title. She engaged me in an uncivil dialogue and actually accused me of accosting a woman at her print shop. I was given an opportunity to sponsor an event at my children's school and advertise in the directory. They messed up my ad in the directory and after making a table at the event available to me last year attempted to get an additional $100 from me o the last day. It's not the $100 it is the principle. I signed a document that technically made her correct, I admit that. However, her method of satisfying a client and supporting her brand was beyond outrageous. I was ready to cede to her arrogance and pay up to get the event when her end of the conversation took a harsh turn for the worse. You know the expression, "the customer is always right?" Apparently, the slogan for her is "My way or the highway!" And I was fortunate enough to get her bonus client care, an unfounded accusation of accosting a woman at the print shop when nothing remotely resembling that accusation ever occurred. Do business with OnStrategy in the future? Not as long as they employ Cammy LoRe and others like her."
