"Terri is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional attorneys in Hawaii. Terri refused to return my files after I terminated her. 2 years later Terri mailed my files and case evidence to an address where I no longer lived. She failed to notify me of her intentions to return my case files and evidence before and after she obtained the tracking information for the shipping. When I told Terri that she mailed my property to the wrong address and NEVER gave me ANY notice of her shipping or tracking information. One package was lost in the mail and the other was returned to Terri. Terri refused to file A claim or make ANY attempts to recover my lost property and case evidence from the USPS, after I told her of her error. I even flew to Kona from Colorado to get copies of my signed retainer agreement and billing statements from her, so I could file a formal complaint. She refused to provide me both. Her actions and inactions are inexcusable, very unprofessional and unethical. At the Minimum she had a duty to inform me of her intentions to return my property and care evidence. And provide me the tracking information she obtained when shipping. I would advise the public to avoid Terri and her law practice. She is a terrible person. Very dishonest and unprofessional."
