"We have had the great pleasure of two long summer stays at Luana Kona. Both of our summer trips were beyond amazing. There is a front lanai and back lanai which creates a beautiful breeze. The view of the ocean is just breathtaking. The front Lanai over looks Alli Drive and the beautiful garden side of Kona. We lost count of the spectacular rainbows we experienced. The condo's location is superb – easy walking to great restaurants and shops. The units were clean and fully equipped to cook in and lounge all day. My husband particularly enjoyed the great functioning air conditioner in the master room. Thank you again Mark and Donna for sharing your sharing beautiful home with us. We are forever grateful. "This is a dream spot right on the ocean in Kona! From the lanai you can often see the dolphins playing just off shore and sleeping with the sound of the surf is soothing for the soul. Don't miss your chance to stay here . . ."

"We come to Kona Hawaii every winter and this condo is outstanding. It is like living in a separate home. The bedrooms being upstairs make it great for folks hanging out in the living room. The kitchen has everything one would want. The utility room has a brand new Maytag washer and dryer which is the best! Both the upstairs and downstairs have great lanais and if you are here during the winter you can watch whales play in front of you. There is nothing that I would change about this condo. There is only one other condo in the building. Probably the best thing is having Mark be the owner. He is always ready to answer any questions even if they are dumb questions. This place certainly qualifies for the highest rating one could give."
