"Had to revise and give my dissatisfaction. Had issues and called to address he never returned call until morning to come out for regular services where he said he quit and will not come out any more. Pretty crappy- had to find a new exterminator to do service and take care of issues been having. We did and that has been 4 months now and not an ant or anything. Much happier with new company. Now here is my original post. . We have been using Richard at Hitman for going on 2 years. The first couple months we had to call him back out... which was to be expected... the home did not have pest control for several years prior. He always came out within a day and took care of any issues we had. We cannot think of another company to go with. Talking to friends and family they are all happy with him as well."
