The Owner/Operator Trace was very responsive to our inquiry and making an appointment was easy. Our condo is a vacation rental and had just underwent construction repairing some water damage. Trace arrived on time, appropriately dressed and was professional yet personable. He did a great job on our carpets and fabric furniture cushions. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the. "stickyness" Price was reasonable and carpets came out better than expected."
