"Went for a dry cleaning for a pair of shorts. At first it was estimated to be 11.41 but upon checking out a few days later she added 10 more dollars because it was a designer item. Would have been nice to be given a phone call before. Besides this not a friendly place."

"Alterations done on my blouse made it unservicable and the management claimed the work was not done, I beleive in am attempt to avoid replacing the garment. Customer service definitely needs work, my experience was not pleasant during multiple visits. Work was also completed 12 days later than guaranteed. I am not satisfied and have been left with an unservicable uniform during Marine Corps ball season. I would not recommend to my peers or otherwise."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1. Went there for alteration in my blue trousers and my kaki shirt and for dry cleaning for both. When I picked it up a day after the pick up date they din’t do the dry cleaning and never gave me a refund.... And by the way Customer Service sucks"

"The main two women who work the front are unfriendly and rude. They have signs that say same day service all around the property, however I can not get my cleaning done within 3 days. I dropped off at 0624 am, went back the NEXT DAY at 1355 (1:55) and the lady did not even offer to check to see if my order was ready, just handed me the ticket and said, "Not till after five" and walked away. I have been using the Hawaii Kai location for 13 years with great service this location for 2 years, and not one time did I walk out happy with this locations service."
