"It took me weeks to schedule an appointment emailing them so I gave up and called. I was able to get a consult by week 4. I felt uncomfortable with how it was handled as the person wanted to know my budget before quoting me a price. My friend had referred me to them so I thought I was in good hands. Turns out they were charging me more for my condo than her house. I cancelled my first spray with more than 24 hrs to the first appointment. It took a while to get cancelled as the person over the phone stalled and sent me to a new dept. I told them I don't need to be retained and just need to cancel and you'd be surprised who much of my time they wasted. Do not recommend."
