"It was 3pm on a Saturday. The cleaner I had arranged for a move-out cleaning cancelled last-minute. I was stuck calling around to find a replacement. Our new tenant was arriving on Sunday at 2:30pm and we absolutely didn't want to turn over keys to an uncleaned unit. Shannon came over and got the job done! Cupboards that I thought would never look clean again were sparkling, tile in the shower where there was mildew was sparkling. Appliances were sparkling. Shannon was professional and her work ethic very impressive. I would even say that Shannon's personality/attitude was sparkling! Did I mention that I'm a property manager with 20+ years of experience? I plan to call on Shannon again and keep her as a preferred vendor. If you want a serious and professional no-excuse cleaning service, call The Irish Washerwoman. You won't be disappointed. Mahalo nui Shannon!"
