"Had an absolutely wonderful time on the excursion today. Wonderful crew and captain! An extra shout out to the beautiful Adela for taking some extra time with me as I was not entirely comfortable with the snuba. Even though it was not quite up my alley, she made it an absolutely lovely experience and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Saw so many beautiful fish and snorkeling with the turtles was just plain paradise. Mahalo!"

"Mixed review, for my wife it wasn’t good. She ended up with sniffles the day before and ended up asking the company if she should cancel. The office implied she shouldn’t come (considering COVID) and she would receive a refund. Although we called the day before it wasn’t within the 24 hours cancellation period. She felt fine to go, however, she was concerned about the other guests on the tour. She ended up not going with the impression that she was receiving a refund. My experience was good on the excursion, saw sea turtles, snorkeled and snuba. Staff was great and the photographer was awesome. Gratuity is not included for the staff and pics were an additional $75. Refreshments were provided afterwards and was a great tour overall. However our experience with my wife was frustrating and the office was not honest with the original conversation. After having to take it to the owner we compromised with a 50% refund, which is better than nothing. The excursion was 5 stars, office staff, zero star. The intellectual dishonesty by the office manager transitioned this 5 star excursion into a 3 star, maybe less, experience."

"If you want to have a GREAT snorkeling adventure (and there's snuba as well), this is the outfit to choose. This was a girlfriend trip of 5 with one GF not able to swim and a little apprehensive about even getting in the water. One of the crew took her under his wings and spent the time to get her comfortable. The next thing we know, she loved it. Captain Dan and his crew were experienced, amazing...with hilarious humor, and awesome hosts. Bonus on this outing: We encountered whales along the way and Captain Dan turned off the engines and lingered just for his guests...a most amazing sight to see. Even though we missed ALL of the turtles at the second snorkeling site, some of us did get to see 1 local turtle (lol). So the overall rating is 5 Stars all the way!!!!"

"This review is very late in coming- I went on a snorkel/ snuba trip with them about two years ago. I discovered I absolutely hate diving and will never do it again. The captain noticed I went under once then just floated on the surface and he refunded my entire trip- even though I enjoyed myself immensely during the snorkeling. This is true customer service right there. The staff/ guides were wonderful, they are great with both children and adults and also observant. They made sure to help people when needed and also knew what to say to make people who were a little on the nervous side more comfortable. I highly recommend this boat to anyone looking to snorkel trip (or do a shallow dive- it’s not true scuba it’s “snuba” where there is a raft with your tank floating above you on the surface). For the record, I’m the only person who didn’t like the dive. Everyone else there said they would love to do it again."
