"Great service from start to finish. Called Maid In Oahu to ask about the online booking cleaning & carpet cleaning services. The receptionist/scheduler was extremely polite as she walked me through the booking process. Once successfully booked online, she reached out to confirm all necessary services were added or removed. Cynthia was the provider for my Clean Out service. As mentioned on the phone call with the scheduler, Cynthia reached out 30min prior to arriving & 30min prior to completion. I was in complete awe as I walked in to the unit. Every nook & cranny had been cleaned. Honestly, I'm still in shock of how clean the place looks. Once Cynthia had left, the receptionist called again to follow-up on any concerns I may have had or any additional add-ons I've added upon Cynthia's arrival as well as provide feedback on the service provided. On that call, the receptionist mentioned that Cynthia was one of their most requested cleaners & I can truly see why. Again, great service :) Thank you Cynthia & Maid In Oahu!"

They called to confirm details of the appointment the day after my request, and they showed up exactly on time on the day. Kaleena was very personable and incredibly detail-oriented. She did a move-out clean for me, and the place was left cleaner than when I first moved in! Will be using Maid in Oahu again."

Moved back to Oahu in June. Just had the house deep cleaned and it was immaculate. The screens and windows were beautifully washed. I’ve been working a new schedule and haven’t had energy to deep clean- when I walked in the house I almost cried. They did such a nice job. Maid in Oahu takes care of people."
