"Professional from start to finish. From the office to the field! Been using this company for the last 15 years. They have serviced our central air conditioning system in our attic space over 3 times over the course of 15years. Saved us from replacing our ductwork when another company advised us too. Even told us that the up placement was in the wrong area since they don’t install them. They have found leaks in our attic space allowing humidity to come into our system and causing more mold to grow. In 2019 they helped us with a kitchen leak and held our hands through the insurance process and insulation issues. Only company we trust and very honest and down to earth. Mahalo for always keeping our family safe and working with our budget and answering all our concerns! "I just wanted to give this company a five star review. Last month Lindsay came to my home and did a walk through and pulled some air samples because my daughter and I were having some allergies the last 6 months. She was extremely informative and answered all my questions. We got the samples back two days later and they were slightly elevated. She showed me ways to reduce common indoor and out door contaminates and what products to use. Since the air testing and report and recommendations we have been feeling so much better. I had no idea that mold is everywhere and can fly in. I would recommend this company because they actually care about what we are going through. Even though they tell us to still go and discuss health issues with the doctor they are there to see what indoor pollution that may cause us to have allergic reactions and show you how to reduce exposure and eliminate it. "I would be very careful in using this company. Shortly after having our HVAC serviced the ceiling collapsed from water damage. The damage came from a broken pipe at the bottom of our air handler in the attic area, of which Air Care Hawaii was the only people in attic for several months leading up to the damage. Afterwards they sent out two individuals to "fix" items, but didn't really resolve the problem. Further some of his employees were unprofessional and caught on camera being unprofessional. Jason was informed about all of this and just ghosted us. Overall we were not happy with the cleaning provided and their lack of customer support afterwards. A $5k waste of money using them. I've included some after photos with dust still in HVAC tubes and the damage done from the broken pipe. All of which we had to deal with when Jason stopped responding to emails."

"I contacted Lindsay from AirCare Hawaii to help service my parents central air conditioning because there was visible mold and a strong musty odor. Her team came on time and were very professional. Explained the process and showed us before and after pictures. My parents said that since their system has been cleaned they haven't had any allergies! "Loved working with Lindsay and Jason! This is the second time I have used this company and will continue if I ever need their services. First time was a year ago when we needed our air ducts cleaned. Techs are professional and on time. They shared pics with me and explained the process. Since then our allergies have improved significantly. This time we had a plumbing leak that caused damage then and mold growing on our walls. AirCare came in and did a thorough assessment at no charge and guided us with our insurance claim. They put together a reasonable quote but they best part is the care. I had two other companies come and give prices but since I've worked with Jason and Lindsay I felt I was in good hands.
