"I contacted them with a move out clean for a 3bedroom 2bath condo. It was last minute and I had forgot to schedule accordingly as many other things were on the front burner; kids school, forwarding mail etc. They took my call & could hear the urgency in my voice, they immediately calmed my nerves. The crew was on time, polite, professional. They also came with a team member who did the screens, windows & vertical blinds. I was given a check out list by the management team. When I did the walk through with the crew, I immediately felt at ease and they had accomplished all of it. I am so happy and recommend them. I can't thank them enough. "Horrible communication. Had a scheduled cleaning with them and they delayed multiple times over the coarse of a 10 hour period. Multiple people called my husband and I over that time period saying a team was on there way and then another would call saying they were going to have to cancel after just receiving a call saying that someone was coming. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Received many calls and emails throughout our scheduled delay from way too many people. We booked them over a month in advance, reached out 3 times to confirm appointment, and they realized the day of appointment that they scheduled incorrectly. Even though they noticed this issue they did not relay this information to us until pushing back our start time twice. Even after relaying the information they continued to ensure a team was on the way when no one was actually coming several times. Really needed services done on day that we scheduled as our landlords were coming the next morning. Missed work to wait around for a company that never had intentions on showing up until almost 11pm."
