"Karens intoxicated with power are HOA members! None of the HOA board members live in Mammoth or at HV so the place hardly gets any attention for snow removal. As a previous owner, I got to see cars stock deep in snow on the driveway including manager's own car who lived on the premise. Snow plows did not show up until 1-2pm or times some 48 hours later. The two board presidents during the time i lived, ( he and a she) thought they were gods - Micro managing everyone. Place is dark, a ton of snow and condos got insulation so the condos are like ice chests. For future home buyer, If you like to pay your HOA and have absolutely NO say, then HV will be a perfect fit for you."

"Hidden Valley is a gem in Mammoth Lakes, Close distance to Mammoth Village, Mary Lake Road, Twin Falls, and many restaurants of all kinds of places. We we're staying in an Airbnb in the village, all the homes are cabin vibe and can get very cold during the night. Will definitely come back to town!"
