"I had brought my family to Maui to celebrate my 20th year of marriage and my son's graduation. My wife Tina and I booked a few outings through expedia at the hotel. During the presentation it was stated to book your outings now, if something was to come up they ate very easy and flexible to work with. The day b4 our outing we found my daughter was pregnant with child and 1 son had a terrible swimmers ear infection and the other son started to vomit and could keep nothing down. Apon going to speak with the lady giving the presentation I was notified there is a 48 hour cancelation process and that we would not be refunded. I would highly discourage you from purchasing any outings in advance through these presentations but wat till the day you desire to go. It would be nice to have the foresight to know when your family is going g to fall I'll to sickness. Travis"
