"Called to simply inquire about a property. I have a lot of circumstances that I wanted to discuss and the man who answered the phone was completely insensitive. Began the phone call complaining about how he had a meeting soon, then said “let me stop you there you’re rambling”, then finally said “you have a lot of issues” and hung up on me. Phone call lasted maybe 3 minutes. Sure I had some issues, but that’s no way to treat a prospective client. Should’ve listened to me respectfully then gave me answers like a normal human being. "We stayed at Nani Wai in Hawaii Kai for our dream vacation. The location was perfect for our extended families needs. The spacious house was well stocked with plenty of towels etc. & spotlessly clean.We made good use of the pool, kayak & paddle board provided. Unfortunately, the spa was not working. Numerous technicians were sent to try & get it working but further parts were needed. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation."
