I visited on May 27, 2023, and stopped by to inquire about currency exchange and ATMs. I don't know the name, but the female staff member wearing glasses was especially kind and thorough and gave us perfect instructions. She also searched for us outside and followed us when we left, and helped us at hot spots and restaurants. They went out of their way to provide us with useful coupon information. I am a hotel manager in Japan, and I have learned something that I can emulate. I can only be moved."
