"One of the worst lounges we’ve been to. It’s small, crowded, with vary limited and uninteresting food/drinks available. The receptionists were nice and courteous. But that’s all the good things I could say. The lady, who served the food, was slow and mean - very unpleasant."

"Decided to stop in via the Priority Pass with American Express platinum. Compared to the other lounges at Honolulu international this is by far the best lounge they have! Extremely polite and courteous check in , beverage service is well stocked along with the food and condiments. Overall cleanliness of the space is up kept Plenty of seating -will stop in here on every trip to the island highly recommended"

"Located in terminal 1, on the 3rd floor. However, There is a short distance by Wiki Wiki shuttle between Terminal 1 and 2. Sometimes, the place is very crowded with visitors. Menue is changing depending on time of the day. It is a better place to wait for flight and have some snack or drink instead of seat at the gate. It is self-served for foods, alcohol beverage is also self-served."

"first at all, I visited on 14 Jan for connecting flight. front desk 2 staff NOT helpful. it's not a warm greeting. I never visited the airport lounge like that. they need improve service training. the seat not full but long waiting. * Make sure scan the bar code for reservation before you get in the lounge ! free shuttle bus, btw the other terminal is good. they don't even bother to tell you. food is limited and has hot soup only. basic food."
