"I have only one complaint. Because it's a shared lounge location, they don't honor all of the American Airlines Admirals club admittance rules. So for example, if you're US military flying on orders, you will need to buy a day pass. This is somewhat what unfortunate and negative side effect around the relationship between JAL and AA here. Outside of this issue, the lounge was clean, not crowded, with great food, and amenities. I was happy to pay extra for this lounge rather than the now overly crowded Amex lounges."
"Used pre check thru checkpoint 3 , you see the sakura lounge right in front of you. You have to go the bathroom here they have japanese bidet. Food is request base , just ok . Have great green tea n local coffee. Very spacious and quite . AC is what we most enjoy since the airport is open concept, on a hot humid day, what a must!"
"Plenty of choice of complementary food and drink. Clean and modern setting. With very helpful customer support letting you know about flight times and gate locations."
"There aren’t many good choices for lounges in the airport but this one does a good job to fill the gap. We arrived fairly late and there was limited food in the dining area, but still as many snacks as one could need. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, along with the serving staff who kept everywhere clean and tidy. WiFi was good and there was such a wide variety of drinks, this place is somewhere you could settle for a couple of hours before a flight. It would be rude not to mention the awesome toilets with heated seats and water jets."
