"Horrible customer service at gate 3 today the person helping us said that there system was down so they couldn’t locate us in time for our flight what’s more upsetting is that they don’t care about there customers"

"Google says this place is open 24 hours a day. It's not normally open those hours and it has been closed for who knows how long, due to COVID, even though Hawaii is in its tier 5 and other Hawaiian Airlines' lounges on other islands are open."

"Small, few choices in drinks, there are teabags but no hot water, and snacks are almost non existent. No screaming babies though, the silence was appreciated."

"I heard about the great customer service from Hawaiian Airlines and definitely didn’t find that. We arrived at Lihu’e airport early and wanted to catch an earlier flight to Honolulu. Even though there were 3 flights before ours and they admitted many rows of empty seats, no change unless we pay a $60 change fee. Pretty lame when I know it’s a couple clicks and it would help us out. Also had someone at the ticketing gate make us check a bag that we have flown on this same trip on two other Delta planes and last week on 3 different Southwest Planes and charged us $15 to do so. I had no idea you were all about nickeling and diming. Just know I’ll try and avoid using your airline in the future. I will also try and encourage others the same way. I’d highly recommend finding other airlines when traveling to and within Hawaii. #fail"
