"Everything was great until about a year ago. Owner has raised lease last year and now wants to have everyone pay for the water and sewer fees as well, but still advertising like it is included.. ILooks like owner is out of Cali and wants Cali fees.. Park is quiet, but who here can afford Cali prices.. Greed is killing ideal."
