Thereafter; Respondent Respondent deliberately avoided service by leaving Hawaii: Departing to the Philippines within (2) two days after the third attempt at Service. In spite of all these difficulties; AquaLegal LLC got the job done after Respondent returned to Hawaii. They never give up!
