"What a bunch of Rude , Unsafe Idiots… They’re not even worthy of hauling garbage.. hopefully they go out of business soon."
"We received service from Olcese in 2021. In August of 2022 they called to say we had a past due amount, but there was no communicated amount due, and no follow up invoice or bill. We received no paperwork to verify this claim. No email, no invoice, nothing mailed to us. So we sent them $50 as a sign of good faith. There was no receipt returned for this transaction. If they had taken the time to do that, we would have known that we "owed" them more money. But they did not. In January 2023 they just charged my card $450 out of the blue. There was no receipt. They do have our email, and address on file, yet we received no bill nor receipt. This is seems very shady to me. I am a business owner, and when I charge my clients' cards- a receipt is automatically sent. For them to NOT send a receipt would imply that they took extra steps to not do so. I don't understand how they thought it was acceptable business practice to not communicate with us via email, or mail about a past due amount (which I had no knowledge of) - meaning there is NO PAPER TRAIL- and then out of the blue charge my card. Again, leaving no paper trail by circumnavigating the automatic sending of a receipt. The only reason I found this charge was because I was looking at my credit card statement. They seemed offended by my implying that this is deceitful business practice, but I call it like I see it. What would you call it?"
