"The staff (the women anyways) are rude and so comfortable in their jobs and what they think they know they act superior to everyone. Its like they're all Stalins daughters. However every guy that works there is amazing. They remember the customers who come in frequently and treat them well. They actually have customer service skills. Have no idea how those girls gor hired unless its some sort of nepotism deal like all over Hawaii. Just pray you get one of the guys and you'll give the place 5 stars."

However, it would be more professional if they would stop chatting, or working on non-urgent tasks, and instead acknowledge its customers, especially when long lines are forming! LOL, the owner's response below leads me to deduct that either the management can't comprehend plain English, or that it doesn't care and leaves sarcastic replies when being criticized :)!"

"Management sets the tone for customer service and this UPS defines that. I have had the unfortunate requirement to use this UPS often for notary, printing, and mailing over the past several years and it rarely disappoints in how bad the attitude and service is here. The manager is a grinch that the employees seem to approach with fear and maybe even loathing. Sometimes she has good days and you might see a smile but most days it is clear she prefers she was the only person in her shop as customers are a nuisance and prevent her from getting her work done lol. My last visit here I showed up 10 minutes before opening and was the only customer in the store when the doors opened. I completely forgot they had started requiring notary appointments so had not made one. Although I was the only person there I was told I needed to make an appointment for that day and come back a couple hours later. The manager couldn’t be bothered to look at or speak to me even though she is the notary and heard I was asking for notary services. When I politely pointed out there was no one else there and asked if an exception could be made since I had been waiting for awhile already, the manager never looked up from her papers and just said she had things to get done so I would have to come back. It would have taken no more than 5 minutes of her time and I would have walked out super happy and appreciative. But nope. I had enough of being treated like a nuisance at this place. I walked out saying that was the last time I would ever go there. And it was."
