"I opened escrow with this company and told them I had cash to pay the earnest money and they said they didnt accept cash which I figured so I asked well how can I pay and I was told they would accept postal money orders or cashiers checks. I got all the postal money orders needed to pay my earnest money and sent them over night to my escrow office Rochelle. I was told that they have never seen this many money orders before and they refuse to accept them. They knew how much my earnest amount was, they knew I was sending in postal money orders and because the post office only allows $1000 maximum per money order there were alot of money orders I sent. Never once did anyone at old republic say we only will accept $5000 worht prior to me sending them yet this is what I was told after the fact. After I spent $500 getting all these money orders and sending them to them. They are now delaying my closing and have not called me back in 4 days. I have left numerous messages with Rochelle, the receptionist, and a leah I believe and no call back all week. They currently have $425,000 of mine and not one call back all week. I am beyond furious at this point. Stay away from this nightmare of a company if you want a normal smooth closing escrow, this company is a joke and extremely unprofessional ."

"We used ORTC as our escrow company for our first home purchase! Everyone here was extremely friendly and Preston was great to work with! They were very quick and accurate at turning out documents especially when it came down to crunch time! Definitely a great company to do business with and highly suggest using them for your title and escrow needs! They are located just before kinipopo village and you can park in the parking lot for kinipopo village or Street parking right in front of the building. I updated the location pin to their actual location!"
