"This place is a complete joke. I've lived here for 3 years and thankfully I moved out. Maintenence takes MONTHS to get to your issue. You have to remind them of the work order placed. Clarizze is an awful person that does not care about the community. I've complained several times regarding teens kicking on my door and scaring my children, and absolutely nothing was done about it. There are several instances where nothing was done, this is just one of many. If you're reading this, do not waste your time and look for something better."

"The maintenance team here is amazing! I have never lived in an apartment with better service. Anytime I have a problem they’re here fast and always fix it right the first time. The office management is also great, always helpful and kind. Almost 3 years here and I have zero complaints when it comes to the apartments in general and the staff."

"Boulder creek is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. My experience has been maintenance that comes within a day or 4 of ur request depending on how urgent. And when they come to fix something they do it right the 1st time and they don't just clean your dryer lint(example). Josh from maintenance exceeds my expectations every time. He knows what hes doing. Also management is amazing. Heather Has been the one I talk to about everything and i have nothing but positive things to say about her. It's the only place i can afford and i can't believe how lucky i got this time. I'm blessed."

"I've lived here for 6 years. Yes every place has its issues, my neighbors have either weed smokers, people that let their kids run up and down the hallways at all hours of the night or abusive dudes. But everytime I have put in a complaint they have at least followed up with me a couple days later. There are always unsupervised littlesh**s running around the property not much to do on that end unless you know where they reside. New property managers have given the place a facelift. Definitely not worth the price though. Finally, staff. I LOVE Heather but I'm not sure if she's still here since I haven't ser her the last couple times I've gone in to drop off my check. Andrea is super nice, she is always so professional and keeps it together. The maintenance staff has gotten better with response time, a couple months ago it took them about 3 weeks to stop by to replace some things, but this time around it took them 12 hours to stop by. Zachary is super awesome and puts up with my kids and is always super nice and patient. I think Leroy is another guys name, he was patiently speaking to my kids explaining everything he was doing and kept reassuring me it's no bother since kids are just curious. All in all, everything cant be perfect."
